I'm recouperated....Ireland is an pretty place to visit...as I said my co-worker and the one under me at work one time was an Irish WWII bride. So I saw a lot about Ireland while we worked together and learned a lot about her growing up there. She was quite religous in an sense...I think it helped her through the tough times of having her family over there. Made for quite an few laughs also in life...Irish  have an wonderful sense of humor to them. I still have her  "Nutmeg cookie log" receipe for Christmas...she use to like to serve it witn an frozen whip cream dessert like fruit cake almost..had an lot of dreid fruit in it. Glad your back an all..Sue.
