Ron Brind Posts: 19041 Joined: 26th Oct 2003 Location: England | quotePosted at 14:54 on 13th November 2009 According to BBC Radio 2 (FM 89.50 - Steve Wright in the afternoon) you need to close one side of your nostril whilst gently blowing through the other, and then repeat for the other side. Apparently blowing both nostrils at once can create sinus problems! Where is Jason when you want him?
