Good Day everyone..time to take the turkey out to thaw. It's big enough it may end up an wrestling match until I get it "smoked" and cooked. We went to an "delightful" Christmas tree lighting at an shopping Mall Saturday night, the group called "The coats" out of Seattle were capella singers..in short make their vocals sound like music as they sing it, four guys..it was so "up beat" and lifting. After they lit the tree they sang "Electric Avenue" for an song..90 feet of alternating lights in green, blue, and red and then all of them at once...but then they did the song from Mr. Grinch and ended it by the song "your an foul one Mr. Grinch"...and he went over an smelled the arm pit of the shortest guy there..and we all "laughed", then ended the song with "Stink".."Stank."..Stunk!..to each an everyone of them. You just couldn't help NOT laughing. Short program...but just took all your worldy cares away for the time. So glad we went. They are backed by an non-profit group supporting 800 families..in that county of Oregon alone...they were asking for kids coat donations. It will be an simple Christmas this year no doubt for many of us. So...we got to laugh, and sing, and "make it" this year an Holiday to remeber...Merry Christmas coming up!!! .... Looking forward to it all.
