This has been on going for an couple of years now I think...guess we will see how things go, but its true, he has the money to go many other places ....if this guy hangs on to his property. I have seen an lot of midwest family "farms" in this situation...where they really don't want to sell it out of the family in ways...so as to say. Economics is what puts them up for sale most the time.
