Inspired by Lorraine our new member's love of medieval times I have revived this old POE thread idea!

Mine has to be the 1950's. I should have been a teenager in the 50's! I even have a 1950's figure and I love the music!

Somehow I have always been fascinated by the Regency Period which is probably why I gobble up Georgette Heyer's books!

The perion of the Italian Renaissance peopled by Michaelangelo,Leonardo,Machiavelli  etc.also interests me a lot.

Actually the Elizabethan times when India was being ruled by Akbar the great Mughal Emperor is also very interesting.

Stephanie, being a student of History makes it very difficult for me to choose!Undecided

WWII was a very interesting period!! I like how the women had to hold down the homefront and deal with the blitz all on their own!!

I do like the Regency peroid!! Very interesting customs!!

The older the better.

Would be great to see places where nature had to make space for ever expanding cities.

I too love the medieval time period, and also the Plantagenet period, followed by the Tudor.
