At first glance, I thought that the church might be St. Mary's in Adderbury (Oxfordshire), but the exterior features didn't add up. Stephanie's identification of the Worcester locations jogged something in my increasingly creaky memory and I came up with the Evesham church. Stephanie--great call on the arch and building (which is Berkeley's Hospital, endowed in 1692)! I have passed under that arch as well and it was bugging me that I couldn't place it.
