But what about the really awful adverts? I do wonder sometimes what the manufacturers think we take onboard. Actually, having said that I am probably the worst target the manufacturers could have because I switch off completely when adverts come on, and that's when I'm watching television, which aint very often folks!!

My daughter just sent me a link to one of the best and most touching television advertisements that I've ever seen. It is a British public service safety ad produced by Sussex Safer Roads (www.sussexsaferroads.gov.uk).
