Well said, all.  I'm with you.  Just one thing, Anthony.  If you were indeed joking as you said you were in your apology, you would do well to remember that you are typing in cyberspace and even with all the cute emoticons, we can't hear your tone of voice or see your tongue stuck in your cheek.  Your criticisms didn't read like a joke to us.
