Woke up dizzy of all things. To much food and to much of an bit of "everything" this weekend. I looked at the opening photo coming in and I saw an castle in the mist of fog..reminds me of "spring" coming. Stephanie, when we sold our house in one day, during its viewing, the real estate lady said, will you make an nice big pot of coffee, and do you have some nice "background" music on an radio we can hide.. before you take off for the day? I noticed she had an plate of cookies with her...some fresh flowers for the table...not to big an bouquet, just something cheerful. That was it. We had competition across the street also, but we both sold our houses that day. Hope things go well so you can relax an bit yourself. When we bought our house about five of my friends were also buying other houses that time. everyone did just fine and no one had to take much time at getting them. Ron, I've munched on so much celery this past week, I feel like an bunny rabbit. My livingrrom is half easter, half St. Patty's Day in its decorations. I think some shamrock napkins will finish off things...but St. Patty's Day is but one day. I still have this feeling of hang over tired. I think everyone was drinking to contain their sorrow and eating also...and for some reason everyone was getting together as if they didn't want to leave each other...at least amoung the adults. At least there was laughter heard in the memories told. The day was an kind of day my brother in-law woud of liked. Sunny and warm, but not hot. My husband was an "bear" that day...I'm glad that the salesman where my hubby worked was at the funeral also...he was rather taking things badly emotionally...I simply asked for my "spirit guides" in protection and strength to get through the day...and they complied I felt. The daughter in-law's nephew came over later on (babysitter) and we talked about him helping me move some of the things need cleaned out during Spring Vacation, in the garage...for some extra cash before his gal freind comes up from California. He said "Yes!" But I noticed the grand-daughter last night before I went to bed quietly came over and gave me an hug...as if to say, its over grandma for now...I love you. So now, I've got to get into Spring and get more done and work on my health quite a bit before May comes rolling around...I have my yearly doctor's visit. When not dealing with everyone, been on the computer with the quake in chili...some really interesting data coming from it, people all the time are being more aware to pick up things with their phone cameras...video tapes. Especeially the unusal.

On this side of the world we are creeping towards Autumn and there is a distinct nip in the air in the early mornings. They are cutting our electricity again "for maintenance purposes" for the the whole day, so won't be able to chat until the evening (hopefully) Have a great day all of you |

Thanks for your concern Urmi my dear friend - I have alot going on at the moment but I feel better than I have for a long time - I think the darkness is starting to lift now and although I am still stressed it is exciting stress! Just need my husband's health to be sorted out now. Thanks for the advice Shirley and Cathy (the castle in the fog was probably my photo of Dudley castle Shirley!). The people who came last night loved the house but they are only just putting their house up for sale. The West Midlands has been hit very hard by the recession. I have faith though - I know there isn't anything as good for the price on the market which is why we are getting so many viewers now and if not we will rent it out.

Diana each piece of a quilt has its own color, pattern, texture and design with unique beauty and charm. but when the individual pieces of a quilt are sewn together thay become one magnificent work of art. Who are the people in the patchwork of our lives? They are those we are close to as well as those we meet in passing. They are an important part of the fabric of our lives a tepestry of love. To your friends here on POE, you are a beautiful part of that tapestry of love that we share here. Remember always that to stand up and be worn, to something deeper, is a pledge that living forces us to keep. |
