Thank you all, for you good wishes.

Peggy, my youngest is training to be a combat engineer, something about the word combat leads me to believe he's going to be heading into the thick of it.

Their dad (my husband) was in the air force, so I guess in a way they are following in his footsteps. 

I know the chances are high that they will both serve in the war zone, I just hope they aren't both out there together, I think I would be a wreck if that happened.

My son emailed and said he should be home for a visit before he leaves for Korea.
