Absolutely James, I'll welcome you with open arms right now.  The site has been like a cemetery today!!  I got "time off" today and hoped to chat to someone other than myself, lol

sorry i have been out most of the day and only got back at 3pm then had to do some work in greenhouse ,then dinner,then rugby on tv,then busy tidying up thats my excuse and i am stickong to it.

Sounds reasonable to me, normal sort of Sunday activities, better than hovering over a computer in the hopes that someone else is stuck in doors with nothing better to do, lol

tell you the truth i just didnt have the time to come on the comp till now i have sent her out for the night so i am free now till 11pm.                         i have my music on and my grouse by my side who could ask for anything more

i dont eat sweet stuff any-more not even chocolate if i do it is going against all my good work in losing weight i have already lost a stone and a half in 3 months, but now new potatoes are out and thats a bad thing.
