Food snob Michael Winner (or should that be Loser?) known to many as the clown fronting the TV commercial for Insurance ('its only a commercial!) has just offended every one north of the Watford Gap!

Stating that there are no decent resturants or food in the north of England, he has just prooved what we all thought he was, a right pratt! (now where have I heard that name recently lol?)

Quality 'Mitcheling star' Chefs and resturants are busy sharpening their knives, awaiting his arrival (one thing for sure, I wont be eating him, lol)

Here is a quote, written by himself refaring to an evening out in Barbados, what an idiot,-

'' One year, trembling at the thought of a pretentious menu which had hung about in the kitchen for too long, I ordered my own New Year’s Eve special.

Baked beans, fried eggs, sausages, fried bread, grilled tomatoes, black pudding — the full, marvellous British fry up. That they had to do fresh.

Simon Cowell, Spice Girl Mel B and others at my table suffered overdone tepid steak, and all the hanging around and reheated stuff that went with it.

Eventually, I managed to persuade Sandy Lane to have a grand New Year’s Eve buffet.

That improved things''.

I have been up north as far as Carlisle many times and have never had a bad meal. Maybe he just went to the wrong places.
