Although I am not trying to trace anybody it seems many people are, so why not name the person that you are looking for here in the Pictures Of England forum. Missing persons, relatives, or long lost friends from schooldays perhaps?

Thank you for thinking of me Ron. My friend did find me again & turned up at my 18th birthday! She drifts in & out of my life every so often.

 It is a good idea if anyone needs to find someone. I have been very fortunate to be found by my long lost cousin and other dear friends through the internet. I know people worry about people finding too much about you on the internet but I have been lucky to find the positive side so far!
