Mrs. John Glenn's Ham loaf....1 pound of ground cured ham, one pound of ground fresh pork, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup cracker crumbs or rolled oats, 1 1/4 cups of milk, 1/3 cup minute tapioca...mix ingrediants and form into an loaf pan...mix dressing an pour over loaf...1/4 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard.....bake in an 350 degree over for 2 hours, basting occasionally. Makes 6 servings. (Sounds good for breakfast also) |

Anyway, decided to let it go this time. |
