let's get it "off the chest" some more....

I'm fustrated these days..how about you..at least my messes aren't as bad as is BP oil's messes in the gulf  of Mexico....but just as wrenching to me to deal with. I went shopping to come home and the mail-man is out front, he gives me one envelope addressed to my son and daughter in-law that says...Official business..(I guess to intimidate people like me perhaps)...United States Bankruptcy Court....contains notice of a proceeding in the U S Bankruptcy court ..from an Tomas K. Butcher..1217 NE Burnside RD #701, Gresham, Oregon. I realize many people are going down the tube these days, but my kids don't OWN anything for this kind of action. They have been living off of us(me) for at least 13 years now. I don' t know if he needs help or not, and knowing him, I wonder if he will "level" with me and tell me what's going on. You know, where the heck is Jesus when an person needs help these days?...heh? I can hear my mother rolling in her grave right now...and dad throwing lightening bolts by now. This is not good, not good at all, and I hope whatever....its fixable without an lot of undue harm to my son. I don't exactly like some of my daughter in-law's  "family connections" as it is over their shady dealings that often border illegal at times....they "use" people...and have me in the past. But they do know to "get to me", would be to get to my son..as he is my only child. This is how they have/get their money..and this is why they are in my book..."losers"...and always will be. You can't make an leopard change it's spots...certainly not them...when we stopped the "free"  pay outs, they stopped coming by for the most part. So now the question is, was this ATV got stollen anything to do with money being owed?...or is it completely un-related.  I go now, I've had my say for the day. Let me see what good there is in this.... please! I hear that Bp oil was suppose to go into court today also, and they are looking an criminal injustice done in the death of the people on that oil rig. Why can' t they shut up and leave them alone long ...to get the dam oil spill stopped? That should come first and foremost. Let the "core" of the problem be solved first. All thier "legal action" now is not going to make those people come back alive, what happened, happened...it's simply wasting dollars of everyone involved...at an time when it can not really be "spared" economically speaking. They are not slapping someone hands for doing something naughty...they are trying to "burn" them at the cross. That is not the humanitarian thing to do.  Show me an company that doesn't "cut corners" if they can, and I'll show you someone that doesn't do business these days...or in the past. And always in the back of my mind is they can help the bankers with trillions more then the average guy on the street, how come they can't help the little guy on the street? Something everyone is asking over here these days in hard times. Why?

I checked with the kids, they tell me this is on $60,000 of medical bills from the past, they thought were paid for.. where my son was working back then...and never were apparently..the hospital waited 2 1/2 years for this to come up and bill them...he has no idea why they were not paid, he no longer works there any longer...all he knows is the hospital came after him on them just recently. Can I go after hospital staffing on my parent"s death...they did lousy in helping them and gave them lousy medical care and were paid top dollar by my dad's health insurance. My mother died looking like she had been throughly "tortured" to death...just ask the funeral home. They did nothing to save their lives..bastards!!!..just kept giving them expenisve "nothing" treatment...to get more money from dad.  Obama has failed again. He is getting to look like an "joker" in an clown suit any more...as to doing anything "helpful" for others...esp not of his free-loader political society wealth and the so called elite.  We need somemone that can do something for the so called "legal" American citzens, ones whom anscestor have been payin gfor eon's now in taxes...and not stupid sounding "housewife" Sarah Pauling either...that is part of our problem, lack of knowledgeable decent politicans...that can truthfully get soemthign done to help us all.   "Mark" down in Riverside, California was telling us the illegal "Catholic breathen" down there, and he says he IS Catholic..but not hispanic..have about shut the doors to the hosptial in his area, they gave so much "free" hispanic help and then asked the local "white" citzens to pick up the "tab" in higher health care costs...that they have made it impossible for the local long-time "white" citzens to afford them. The hispanics still are not paying, but can not be turned down by the hospitals..so the place is slowly closing down. he is another one, says to send them back home where they belong...he has an "family" to support also. That part I well understand myself.  He says California is going broke over the free-loaders in society. The scales are unbalanced fairly right now and have been for some time. I asked my daughter in-law if she didn't have medical insurance ..why?...she said it was $1400 an month to carry it where she worked and more then she was paid in wages per month. I beleive it, it was probably simliar to the health plan most the employees got at the nursing facilty I worked at, and the employees simply couldn' t afford it...many of them were single mothers anyway supporting families with no help from the other side.  Back in those days an father could escape paternity support by merely walking across the state line. In  the meantime they got my brother, three times and of them, only one is possibly blood-related...and kid of "Iffy" on that one if you ask me. State took his wages to support them all. I think we keep coming up with the short stick in life these days. So therefore it appears to me that we need to change the people handling things these days. We are trying to work and do the honest thing, we should stop being harassed with their daily problems..it does no one any good in the end. My family's REAL problem..they aren't hispanic.perhaps...we are being discrinimated against. I thought they had an statue of limitations on past billing to others also. Also heard that my brother in-law whom passed away recently...two of his kids have also now filed bankruptcy. Of the two, one doesn't have an job now(laid off) , and the other took an down-grade in wages to keep his job...but niether have the funds to support what they WERE making in wages any longer. They filed bankruptcy. This does not speak well of the leadership these days.
