The purpose of saying it online, rather than privately is to get the message across to everybody!! Not just the person responsible, but to anybody and everybody who might inadvertantly do the same. Still you did not have to mention names did you? Like I said, I would have gladly made the corrections immediately. But that does not seem to be good enough for you. Nobody is perfect Ron. Everyone makes mistakes. What makes the difference is being grown up enough to admit them and willingly try to correct them.

I am sorry you both feel the way you do, and do not believe that I have embarrassed anybody. However, I really didn't expect either of you to react the way you have, but it matters not. You may not believe you embarrassed anyone but I am embarrassed and told you so. So now you discount my feelings too. That's quite an insult, thank you.

The fact is that copying material from other websites will not knowingly be accepted and all that it has done, is to give me probably many months of work going through all the posts to put right what should not have been put there in the first place.  Unfortunately that is part of being a moderator. If you don't like the job why do you continue?

Further, I do not see how either of you are qualified to call me a 'hot head' and an apology will be accepted. You will get no apology from me now. I addressed you respectfully and with kindness, instead of a tactful and pleasant reply you have insulted me and discounted my feelings.
