Hi Krissy, sorry it's been a little while getting back to you but had any amount of touble with British Telecom. What a bunch of doughnuts! Called them 4 times over a direct debit that should have been taken 28th June but wasn't, and they then cut the service because the bill is not paid!! Hellooooooo BT, you were authorised to take the money by direct debit on the 28th June!!

What a bunch of time wasters! Four phone calls lasting a total of 1 hour 20 minutes at the end of which they say sorry sir, your service will be re-connected within two hours! Grrrrrr! British B....y Telecom!

Anybody else have trouble with them?

cant beat a good stew i remember way back my g/mother had this old pot she would fill it with  a cow-heel.an ox-tail,stewing beef and an ox kidney and assorted veg and cook it in the oven by the fire.it would feed 5 of us and maybe seconds not tasted anything like that for years.Cry

Did the weather live up to predictions James? I read you have a ban on using hosepipes because of the drought - is it affecting your part of the country?

yes it is,i have a big lawn and it was always nice and green but this last few weeks it has really been scorched everything is crying out for water.
