I have just started reading some of the forums and am just beginning to let my fingers loose on the keyboard. It is always a wonderful day when I am breathing in and out. There are so many nice people on here and I hope to make many new friends. I want to write on one of the forums a little story of my first landing in the UK in Aug of 1963. Any suggestions of where to start. trvljet |

When you post your message please don't click the refresh button - this causes a double posting of your message, rather click on "latest posts" on the upper left hand side of this page. For somewhere to tell your story I suggest you Click on "ENGLAND FORUM" along the top of the page and see the headings there are for various forum topics, have a look what others have put in them. I'm sure you will find a suitable forum heading i.e. General England Chat, or England Travel Experiences. Once you select the heading you will see along the top you can start a new thread with "Don's Arrival in England" or words to that effect, lol. |

I thought I was looking at Dean Martin when I looked at your picture.... and Cathy...thank you for the posting information. I wondered why the post showed up twice....and yes... I did hit the refresh button... Hope that does not happen by my again... trvljet PS-just so everyone knows I am not mispelling travel jet. "trvljet" was airline shortened lingo and became the name used on one of my first email addresses and I have been known by that name world wide far more than by my real name of Don... |
