You feeling any better now Krissy? I was thinking as I hung the washing out (have to think because the washing doesn't need any attention LOL) that neither our grandparents, parents or we as parents ever got a Degree in child raising, we just all did the best we possibly could, with what we knew at that time, and (at least those on POE) have turned out to be wonderful human beings. Here's an interesting question - who would present their parents with a Degree in child raising??? Not a school leaving certificate or diploma but a DEGREE |

I know exactly how you feel CathyE and Krissy. I feel so alone sometimes...it comes from my family making me feel like I'm a nobody. Even though I have been to University and I have a job and I don't drink, smoke, take drugs, There are times where I just hide away in my room when my sisters and their husbands and kids come by just so I do not have to hear any of the comments....When are you getting married?, When are you having kids?, etc. Well, I usually say, I do not get into your business...so you should not get into mine. Of, course it usually ends in somebody getting hurt feelings, and it's almost always me. So I try to stay out their way as much as possible. And it's kind of sad too, since they are family. That is why I love POE because you make feel good about myself and not so lonely. Even though I do not get to talk to you guys as much, because we are on different time zones. So Krissy hang in there, okay? (((((((((((KRISSY))))))))))....Lots and lots of hugs. |

It's a shame you don't live closer, we could go out and have some fun together! Keep your chin up girl. You are a big part of this POE family and we all love you to bits!! Seems I haven't done that in years. Thank you again for being there, I really do feel a lot better when I talk to the POE family. |
