My thing was always answering people at work with "just an minute please"....as I had an assorted number ot things I was doing most the time. In fact my whole crew said one fine day..." we know..".just an mintue one day" to me...as we all started laughing. But what can you expect from this group...whom had bought me an gift one time as I was walking in showing an new perspective employee around and pointing out the room and what was in it it...here's our drying area...our folding and storage area...and this is "so forth" laying in the clean clothes basket for some reason....let's move onto the washing area...and looking at "so forth" briefly as we left......no, I have no idea, it will probably be an good one....( in telling me what the heck is going on)...but that's later...as we walked out....with grins on our faces...all of us. It turned out I had surprised them walking in before they got an chance to wrap up the gift so they threw it in the basket and one of them hopped in on top of it...they all had sheepish grins when I walked in. I wanted to burst out laughing then but didn't. |

If it gets too close I will have to shut the computer down in a hurry. So if I suddenly disappear you now know why, lol |

I was sad to read an old time freind and well known here in town...Kim Welsh...I forget her married name died some years back....we use to play together...along with Diana Schiller.....she worked "Broadway" in her youth...after we graduated.. was married with kids also...she looked young when she passed also...they didn't say what killed her....her family putting in a recent rememberance of love on the anniversary of her passing. Her grandfather owned Blue Lake Park...now owned by the County Park System...at least someone remebered me in giving us an true park for everyone to enjoy. She grew up to be an gracious looking lady. My sister class was known for their money in ways...my class was known for its humanity and giving its life to preserve it. |
