Do I dare say I'm in the middle of a "soapfest" at the moment???

I might go a bit more up-market and watch the Prince Harry thing though Ron .. I had forgotten about that.

You're right Ron---jungle film sets, dodgy croc's that aren't really and a host of poisonous insects that aren't actually  poisonous, though I must admit, Carry On Up The Jungle was never like this Smile

as i said a while back i never watch tv i find it very boring, but yeaterday one of my favs was on   gary cooper    i recorded it to watch again --the reason being the wife was excersising her tongue and its impossible to watch anything when that event is in progress.

I reckon it's a good job for you that the women are not on yet tonight. You better hope this post gets lost before they see it! Lol

Too late Ron - James' post has been seen and noted.  Mmmmm - very rude man that!  Bet his wife doesn't get to see his posts (which is probably why Shaun didn't want his wife on here! lol)

My experience has been the reverse - if my husband was watching the news or news type programmes I never heard a peep out of him and if I dared to speak I was ignored or shushed, even if it was that his meal was ready!!

On the other hand if I was watching something that interested me (which is quite a rare occurrence) - it was suddenly necessary for him to ask me a hundred questions or he had a sudden desire to share his day's events with me!!!  I often ended up just turning the set off! lol.
