Hi, hi, hi, Marjorie - I sure have missed you but glad that you are OK.

Yes James I am up late - haven't been able to get on line much the last few days between thunderstorms and s l o w internet connection.

Then I saw I had almost as many posts as Ron and decided to try to beat him to 9000.   I think this one does it.  Lol.

Hi Marjorie, Hi Cathy and everybody else.  Same here, swamped.  But as of tomorrow I'm off work until the 27th.  Yay!  I'm having a Christmas party here this weekend, so have a lot to get done.  But next week, I'm going to pretend I'm retired.

Thanks for thinking of me, Cathy. xx

Good morning...I'm taking insurance quotes today...see if I can get ours lowered, I understand the company we use, while an long standing one... also charges the highest rates in the country...so far got them down $300 an year in other companies for the same coverage. To let you know how much the business sector knows what goes on in our life...I never had to tell this guy that I just got back from the emergency hospital with an case of shingles. Whatever he looked up for "accidents" he found out this information apparently. It reminds me reading how so controlled are the people in Russia that their lives are "set" as to what they are allowed in life...so thier production is whay down, because they feel pinned in an unable to make an better life for themself....people have pre-programed everything they do...before they do it. Kind of an new twist to the word "slave" in ways. I heard the car manufactures where going to do that...keep you on file and know about when you'd need to be buying new car tires..so they could send out advertisesments to buy them.

Ok, according to an security firm in Liecaster, England...they say that the lower priced electronics coming out of foreign countries has stopped virtually robberies of them...as they have little resell value...but mugging is gettng higher as burglersgo for Ipods and mobile phones. Protect yourselves people.

Also from an sector in the United Nations....in this last decade 60 percent of dissasters and deaths by them were from earthquakes. During this time period 780,000 people lost thier life...which the United Nation agency is looking into because of the 10 most populated cities...8 of them set on top of an earthquake fault or near by one.

Most dangerous profession is an news journalist...in an foreign land..in 2009.... 110 of them alone were killed...top countries were...Iraq..Ahganistan, Columbia (South America), Mexico and Russia in that order. Wonder if the compensation is worthy for the pay.

With that I better get going for the day and see what I can get accomplished....have a good one everyone!!!
