Wishing Peggy a speedy recovery

Hi Peggy:  I hope you're feeling better and glad to see you back.  I'll be praying for your complete recovery.  About 25 years ago, I had what the Dr. called a "frozen shoulder."  It was super painful and so difficult to move.  Even turning over in bed was excruciating.  The Dr. told me to ice it down, which shocked me, but when I did, it really helped relieve the pain, because it took down the inflammation.  Maybe ask your Dr. if he thinks ice would help whatever your condition is.
