I think Anna is making good progress, although she is not out of the woods yet. Still relying on lots of heavy duty medication, but she really does seem to be on the mend. To think it will be Christmas before she is allowed to lift a kettle! Roll on Spring 2011. Lol

Anna has just sat and read through all the posts and as I predicted is now in tears. She says 'what a wonderful bunch of people they are sniff, blow nose, sniff!! Thank you says Anna it's lovely. As for progress, well the 'dissolvable' stitches haven't fully dissolved yet but the infection appears to be under control. Anna is getting stronger by the day and can nearly put my slippers on now! No, not on her feet, on mine. I'm cream crackered!! Lol

Still losing the stitches, but every day permits her to do more and that really is progress. At least she can lift the kettle again - I haven't had a cup of tea for weeks, until today! (Coffee was always easier to make!) Lol Anyway, please accept our sincere thanks for your kind thoughts and prayers. |

At least I really hope that is the case. And I trust that her father is also in a stable condition at the moment. |

Her Dad won't now be having second procedure until the new year, he is a bit anaemic and so they need to sort that out first. Overall.....progress, we think. |
