Anna has asked me to pass on her thanks to all of you. Don seems to be making progress, although low blood pressure and high temperature (not entirely unexpected) today but seemingly under control tonight.

Well today Don was able to drive himself about, so again thats good progress. The first procedure went well, no sign of anything nasty and he really is nearly back to normal That said, he goes into hospital again next week for removal of stones. Day surgery this time, unless his blood pressure/temperature goes haywire. Thanks again to all for kind thoughts and prayers.

Finally, after a lot of GP, Hospital visits, day surgery, hospital stays etc; Anna's dad and father in law Don has been given the 'all clear'. Fantastic news, but hey lets not not forget the good wishes and prayers from the members. Thank you all dear friends!

He is so much better that he is now able to entertain his sister Valerie from Syracuse for a two week vacation.

I know, you lot are going to say 'lucky lady Valerie' .
