I can sing. I used to be really good at cross stitch, but now my eyes won't cooperate. I am a good reader, and a proficient bird watcher.

I can make people laugh, and put them at ease. I can be a good listener. Wait, I'm actually getting worse at that as I get older, so scratch it.

I'm a fairly good cook to.

My talents seem to go according to how I'm feeling during the day for the most part any more.. I quite by accident listening to coast found out the town up next to me here where the kids are living has an bonefide witch there of all things. I hear the witches of today are good looking, savy and wealthy and most live in Martha's Vineyard in Massachesetts. they are anything but the old stero type of an old hag these days. Now Native American "Shaman's" and there's hardly any left now...can teach an person an lot of things about healing and living off the land. They are truly "mystical" of an sorts. I think whenever you are an " intuitive" that at times you wonder yourself at  if your an witch or not. Very misunderstood people.

Well, if we get into talents from things I've done over the years this could take an long time. I feel my intuitivenss is an gift from God to use to help others be thier best self. For their soul growth..So don't expect "riches" from me as you probably won't get them and if you wish me ill...you'll bring it on yourself. I like talking to people that have something to teach me about life...not life's harships necesarily.Everyday I try to learn something. Something I can share with others to help them. I finished my book an diary from an young girl in 1932 during the depression. I found out it started with the "bankers" of the day...and not being able to back themselves on what they said back then. Sound familiar? Therre was an little article in tha back telling how much people hated Preseident Hoover and blamed him for much of the difficulty back then. But there was also an sort of drastic "climate change" also in the "Dust Bowl Days". Anyway she speaks of how the really poor were using newspapers to keep themselves warm and called them an "Hoover Blanket" and they would bring thier empty pockets out of their pants and that was an "Hoover Flag"...she said things were so dire that it is the reason for the sucess of Hollywood..people wanted to escape the reality of life and they could do that through entertainment. They wanted to "laugh" and new comedians were on the rise constantly....Grocho Marx, REd Skelton, Bob Hope...just to name an few. People wanted "glamour" that didn't ' exist in thier everyday lives....Clark Gable, Gary Cooper, Jean Harlow...so forth. You see, I learned something from this book. Plus the endearing "family life" of days gone by..and the closeness of the members.....each different...but each had their place to make the whole.  They went on from the talents they had as children to be adults taking it to the maxium in the world arena later on. The little girl that admired Ameila Earheart..was one of an rare few to be the first group of women's pilots (Wasps) later in WWII.

To make it short for myself...I've dabbled in cooking, cake decorating... home crafts, and all goes with that, taking care 0f kids, Red Cross and nursing care in general...though I was an supervisor for my own linen department within an care facilty for 10 years, I've worked retail, and at one time considered opening my own resturant....though I think now I'd like it to be an "Bed and Breakfast" maybe. Of course you all know I'm retired kind of as last year. I am also an historian and have traveled considerably in my younger days.I was much more into computers when I was younger when they were first breaking ground also...that was my high school objective at one time to be an computer programmer for the Federal Government..Life kind of took me elsewhere. I had an historian tell me one time I should have an honary degree in the humanities....and from my studies of various people/cultures around the world. She said I was seldom wrong about others. Though I'm often told...you don't know me. But anyway..so goes.

Maybe close to it...I don't know if she's an witch but she has an cat, she's driving Mercedes...you can't beat that one and she's kind of savy looking also. Wonder if she ever bought her " little cottage" she wanted to get some day.
