Will the UK Government aid the Australians with their flooding?

Its all caused by El Nina, it even affects our weather pattern by altering the gulf stream that keeps the UK warm in winter. Scientists have known about this for years but governments tend to ignore it and dont always plan accordingly. You cant change the weather but you can plan for it.
