Far too long - spend far too much money and now try not to go near them and only buy books online, lol.  If I can't see them, I don't know they are there! LOL

Do you have a bedside book and what is it?

Krissy...ever heard of the National Assoiation of Women Executives..commomly called NAFE...I use to be an member..and they were at that time setting upiindividual state chapters. They also were sponsoring and conducting seminar's all over...as they teach as well as inform and share amoung women the working world...they give an certificate...or at least I've gotten them in the past that amounts so much of an college credit toward the skills of managing an business or running one. The last one I went to was infomrative and we had themost delightful speaker..I really enjoyed it...we were told to meet the people beside us and tell why we came to this meeting. One lady beside me was the supervisor of an brand new innovative High School out here...one where the downstairs is like an shopping mall rather then an school...that is reserved upstairs..the bottom has school offices, on site dentist and medical office, gift shops and library and auitorium...snack shop, cafateria...she was ahead of the cafateria. The lady on the other side of me was the Co-ordinator to Mal 205 here in Portland for aquiring new shopswithin the Mall to its best interests. They use to have postions to work within the orgaization back then also. The seminar was an all day thing..andI was working at Boston Market at the time...my boss was happy tohave me attend...even helped me an bit with the papers we got in an packet before we atended the senimar. If you don't have big bucks..or you don't have an lot of time because your working...or your wanting to keep in touch with supervisory and business skills and its an good way to go. Nice way to meet some other women that have daily challenges in supporting themselves and having an "life" as they call it.

Many of the young kids these days tell me they come out of college owning huge sums of money they have to pay off and are lucky to even find an job..let one that will pay off their debts. Dave Ramsey the other day was giving advice to an young lady trying to get through her college classes to be an Doctor...her fee's were $48,000...he told her...wait if off until she had accumulated at least half the cost in cash from either working or investing in something to get an monthly check...so she has something to fall back on. He told her to do that because at her age..he felt she could most likley have no probem in getting an job making that kind of yearly wage..and worse gets worsefor her...she could maybe move back home and get an little help in her living expenses..and wipe out the tution debt in an couple of years. He said to consider the debt the price of an new car at $24,000. At an full $48,000...she's looking unrealistically of what she owes to stay solvent in today's world. If she came out an landed an really good job..she's easily have it paid off at $24,000 in half an year.

Questions.....Dishes...and I don't do them much either...something hubby and I agreed upon many years ago...he understands why also...so he ussually does the main job of getting them loaded and unloaded and I make the dinner...he doesn't cook much either. My son is more apt to help in cooking something then hubby.

Question:..Do you decorate where you live for the seasonal holidays?
