I just read that article, Diana. I had to laugh at the grammar, but maybe he was speaking in "text" talk? I don't text so I don't know. I'm looking forward to seeing the wedding. I hope it all goes smoothly for them.

Thanks for the welcome. I am still new, but enjoying POE very much. I live in northeast Pennsylvania, Wilkes Barre/Scranton area. Sort of in between Philadelphia and NYC. I put my picture for my avatar so people could see what I look like, but I'm not sure I can stand looking at it much longer. I might have to switch back to one of my cats. They're cuter:)

I was up at 4:00 AM to watch  the wedding. I thought it was lovely and Kate looked beautiful. I remain impressed by the British people. With so many walking in to watch for the appearance on the balcony, but you saw no pushing or shoving, all very orderly. Very impressive. I do love the pageantry and protocols of the royal family and the respect shown to the Queen. I did have to smile at some of those hats, though. Aside from the Kentucky Derby, I can't think of any other events in the USA where you would see anything like that.
