Oh, binger (rhymes with ginger).  I was thinking binger, rhyming with finger.  Duh!

(We named our house Gregory Grange after we came back from England.  lol.  People don't typically name their houses over here.

yes it has    on the house deeds it is listed as --santa cruz-- but never use it. that sounds nice "gregory grange"Smile

Santa Cruz - doesn't sound very English.  If I'm not mistaken, it's Spanish for "Holy Cross."  Nice.  The house names are actually on the deeds? 

I've visited Santa Cruz, California and we have a Santa Cruz County in Arizona.

Relatively new.  Our house was built in 1974 and we bought it in 1990.  We're the second owners.
