(1) 1/2 cup of oatmeal, dash cinamon, 1 cup o rpiece of fruit, 1 cup fat-free milk or soy milk....or if you prefer....2 scrambled egg whites..1 TBS. fresh herbs, 1 cup of fruit or one piece, 1 cup of fat-free milk or soy milk. (note: add an bit of Tumeric to the egg whites, it's what they use in currry dishes to help make it yelllow...and it's heart healthy) (2) 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 tsp of soy suace, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 tangerine......or....6 oz. plain low-fat yogurt, 1 cup or one piece of fruit.....or....1 cup vegetarian lentil soup, 1 slced tomatoes, 1 tsp lite dressing (3) 1/2 cup chickpeas, (garbanzo), 1 tdp.olive oil, lemon and herbs to taste...or anything equal in the "Dash" line of spices, 2 cups cucumber and bell pepper slices.....or...1 cup black beans, 1 chopped fresh tomato, 1 tsp. olive oil, fresh cilantro, scallion an dlime to taste....or ......3 cups mixed greens, 1/2 cup kidney beans and 1/2 cup corn, 2 tps lite dressing (4) 4 oz. firm tofu grilled with 2 tsp. teriyaki sauce, 2 cups grilled veggies, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 cup brown rice, fresh herbs, 1/2 cup pineapple.......or...2 scrambled egg whites or soy burger, 1 cup grilled belll pepper and onion mixture drilzzles with V8 vegt. juice. (note" when I made this I used the frozen porabello mushroom " garden burger" and I also added an pinch of cumin to the rice and mixed in the green pepper/onion....reminded me of chili.)....or 1 1/2 cups of Cajun brown ric emix and beans, prepared from boxed mix, 2 cups spinach salad, 2 tsp lite dressing. (5) Smoothie: in blender whip 6 oz plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of fruit, 1.2 cup of fruit juice and 4 ice cubes...or ....1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 servig of fruit, one cup fat-free milk or soy milk.
Here's the rules....food is eaten daily grilled, steamed, or raw...this is what cleanes your insides of their toxicity...stick to eating your 5 mini-meals at the same time every day, if you do you should not be hungry on the diet...a post meal stroll of 20 mins daily is recommened with another 30 minutes daily of general moving about. ..those whom incororate some excerise tend to lose the most weight and it releases brain chemicals that help you keep motivated...that's it. This does not mention water in take, but I am assumingit's the ususal 8 ozs...6 to * times daily. This lady lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks..after the first 9 days...you can add the following daily as desired...3 to 4 ozs of meat...one additional whole egg...1/2 cup milk and 1 oz. of cheese...and additional 1/2 cup cooked cereal or 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cold cereal....10 ozs. of coffee, 3 cups of tea, 2 cans of diet soda, or one cup freshly squeezed juice...2 tsp butter, 1 tsp. fat-free mayo, 4 tsp sugar, and 1 TBS. olice oil...10 to 15 % more excerise...i fyou were doing 30 mins..do 35 mins. My guess is after 8 weeks...you can eat normally with different items...in balance....as this sounds like she doesn't consider it "forever" diet. This comes from an Dr.. Ian....noted lady doctor...she recommends doing this at the end of the summer in preparation for the up coming Holidays...and or winter months in general. |
