O Holy Night is my absolute favorite traditional carol.  Gives me goosebumps (in a good way).

My favorite modern Christmas song is Please Come Home for Christmas (a/k/a Bells Will be Ringing) by the Eagles (I forget the man's name who recorded it first in the 1950s-1960s).
