On the day that he got the bill for £9,000.00 yes he collapsed. We had to get paramedics to him, but three days later his 82 year old wife, chair bound and deaf, with the bill worrying her............died! The funeral is this friday. You are a bunch of no good b......s Thames Water and you have got a fight on your hands! There is no way you will get £9,000.00 from my mate, I will see to that! |

They want to know was the repair done by a qualified plumber, what did he find, what did he do, the exact date of the repair, but hey you know what, the cost of the repair wasn't even mentioned... They telephoned on the day that my mate buried his wife!
