I got my health in order and lost 40 pounds. And from that I have a new career goal which includes becoming a naturopathic nutritionist. My kids are well and growing so fast. So far so good! Looking forward to what 2013 brings! |

Shirley and I just passed the first anniverary of our commitment to a vegan diet, which has dramatically improved our overall health. I am so thankful that Barack Obama was re-elected as U.S. President! Also, I just received my official confirmation that my proposed sabbatical leave was approved--I'll be headed to northern England and southern Scotland in September to conduct research on the fortifications of the English and Scottish Marches! I also celebrate the birth of our grandson Matias Gabriel last February--such a happy and intelligent child! I celebrated my 60th birthday last may, though I feel more like 40. Shirley and I have been together now for 39 blissful years. Though the economy still sucks, I can't really complain too much. |

That is a massive change for 2012. A step forward for the party and we (the Brits) are finally being listened to by a Political Party that really does care about us! |
