I named my son Gerald William..but we had my hubby Jerry there..the attending nurse was Geri...the Dr. was named Dr. Gerald Stagg...and an Nurse named Geraladine...don' t know how they managed that one The Reverand Jeremiah Lawson's, father was an William Lawson back in Kentucky around 1797. We have not ruled out as yet that his William Lawson was not hubby's line..though are told it was John Lawson, and both are son's of an older George Lawson. In my case, my dad's side also includes an Reverand William White also. This family at one time sold the ground that Buckingham Palace was built upon in the past. We have an LOT of preachers on all sides back then. It's been hard sorting them out. |

Mountbatten being the family name from 1917 when it had been changed from Battenberg. I also thought George a likely candidate for his name, though perhaps they might be a bit more imaginative this time? It wouldn't suprise me if one of his middle names was Spencer, and looking far into the future and despite what some US pundits are saying, I think it very unlikely he'll be crowned King of England one day. |
