Our post person (sometimes a guy, sometimes a gal), delivers in a little van with the steering wheel on the right, so they can pull up to the boxes without having to get out of the vehicle.  Their routes are too big to do on foot.

I remember him, may he rest in peace.  You're another one who needs to visit the Old West one of these days.

Do you really think that you could cope with us both visiting you at the same time Ruth?

The mind boggles, two Grouse slurping Brits wandering through Arizona with Ruth shouting no, no you can't do that here! lol

LOL, no I'd never believe that I'd have a problem with 2 perfect English gentlemen.  Besides, it wouldn't be grouse, it would be cinnamon whiskey, which is much more behavior controlling.  Yum!  You have cinnamon whiskey over there?  It's dee-lish.

The whiskey (which I've never heard of) sounds lovely, and I've always fancied Arizona, can I add my name to the invite list Smile

Looks like we've gone totally off topic here - sorry.

Hi Ruth!  Nice to see you again.  To keep on topic, I'll say that it's 11:23 AM and my mail has not yet arrived.  But the good news is that the USPS has decided not to do away with Saturday deliveries, which was the plan last year.  There.

Yes, most definitely, you are invited.  And if memory serves, you live in one of the Yorkshires, right?  My favorite place in the world.  I always say that when my ship comes in, I'm moving to Whitby!
