I think I know this, but I'm no card player so there is a chance I'll get it muddled up - it's from the game of poker, which I think you play for a 'pot' there's something about the person starting the game with either 2 or 3 Jacks, but I'm unsure how many.

Hi Ruth, yeah no problem, John has offered me his next win so I'll take this one in place. Gotta go think of something now. Had a great time thanks mixed weather but got out every day. Right, off to think now!

Not to do with water John sorry mate

There may be a lot of water in the Lake District John, but only one body of water is designated a Lake.... that is Lake Bassenthwaite, all the others are Meres, Waters or Tarns. And after the rains we had there Wednesday, Thursday and Friday there is even more water now
