Those that wouldn't worry about their credit rating being damaged are either so rich, or so deep in debt it doesn't matter.

Miliband is back to his old game of knocking business, but this time with the banks. He previously succeeded in wiping £2 bn off the power companies value. Now with his latest move, he has wiped £1 bn off the value of the  State-owned banks by threatening the banks with break-up and shedding branches. We should be very worried if these meddling clowns ever get back into power.
