Most dinners out start these days in the 35 dollar range per person. The nuke plant incident over in Japan hasn't helped any of us on the west coast either. I'm always looking for low cal receipes that taste good for fish. Chinese restrurants sell an free thousand island dressing...and finsihed off tonight with some new kind of cherry yougurt...total for the day...1,100 calories...I can only do about 200 for breakfast, 300 for lunch and 300 for dinnerand snacks through out the day of not more then 200 more...but the less the better. So I try to keep it down to 100 for the most part. my brother's dinner tonight alone easily came to half of my total calories today...if not more. But he's an big guy..over weight also...but he's got the heighth and bone structure to eat like that ...but not all the time. I woke up with leg cramps like my legs were all balled up and frozen. So I started the day out with some potassium. First week is always hard for me. According to the last "weight watchers" meeting I went to my old time counselor told me gaining on it.. I must not be burning enough calories and most likely because of my age/medications...I won' t be able to eat the kind of diet most of them do on the programs now. Most hospitals set the average meal plan for everyone at 1200calories...went over to my sister in-law's/brother's tongiht to write down for more low calorie menu's. Get back at it in the morning. Been an long day of running around today also. I will work on trying to stay on the 900 calories tomarrow...have an good evening everyone!

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 19:11 on 15th January 2014 Prescott...your chin is hairy in your avatar..you did notice that one didn't you?...hum....fuzzy wuzzy. Ok... woke up again this morning to leg cramps...so was talking to Dee Dee...she says to eat some Iron on top of the Potassium I took...so I looked it up and ready to eat cereals have an high amount of iron, as does oatmeal...so I ate an packet of oatmeal....then went and weighed myself and found out in three days I've dropped 5 pounds. Have lost half of what those luscuious meals from Thanksgiving on to New Years added on to my body. Hope the leg cramps go away though eventually. California had an 4. 1 earthquake everyone is talking about...no damage to anyone or anything but itshook them up for an few seconds. I stayed up last night listening to "coasttocoast" and their presentation that HItler can't be verified to have died like history claims he did..he may of lived and had someone else killed in his place. The skull they have for Eva Braun, whom was 29.(Hitler 53 )I think they said...as examined was that of an 40 year old woman. They said she died of poisioning, before she died of an gun shot wound...so she may of been murdered also and made to look like Eva Braun...but rather they went to Argentina, or were lifted up in an spaceship they don't know.... because they think Germany's space technology was helped along by "Et's".. Jerome Corsey (sp)...wrote an book about what they found out on this recently..twas an interesting broadcast last night. With all this "fog" I feel like staying in my fluffy warm bed under my blanket today....but...I have to make myself some creamed spinach and up the Iron intake an bit...talk to you all later on...guys just.talking fish cause your feeling like an" Bar..acuda" for some reason....or needing to be with an "Her"-ring? Just an little play on words..winks* Have an delightful day!. |
