Good Day "55"

Good morning everyone, another cloudless blue sky here today. I can't quite believe that we had wall to wall sunshine in Scotland last month and now it seems to be happening here again in Wales. I have a feeling something bad will be in store for us in Cornwall in September, fingers crossed we hit lucky again.

David is fishing all day again today so I'm off for a walk, I'm thinking I might be slightly mad going for a walk in this heat though, catch you all later

Hope this finds us all doing well. I am not able to eat all day today and not until after 6 pm on thursday, (am having the colonoscopy thursday at 3 pm) i am a bit nervous and alot hungry !! lol

Very hot here again today,

It's been far too hot here today, the car thermometer clocked up 29 degrees whilst it was parked in the shade. I got so warm I gave in to the temptation of the sea and spent an hour swimming up and down. The RNLI lifeguards do lie though,  it said on their board the sea temperature was 18 degrees - never, it was freezing when I first got in
