Good evening, its been alovely day here for walking, so we went on the Quantock Hills, did approx 8 miles, we were both hobbling when we got back, it was lovely to see all the Heather &Gorse in Bloom'

Shirley, if you're typing a long post have you ever tried typing it as a document first then copying and pasting it here. Might save you losing stuff. I did that when writing about our trip to Scotland and I know Dave does too for his Lakes trips. If the internet goes wonky during a post that way you don't have to start all over again.

I'm always about John and have things to do like you all, but certainly not the boss, that title belongs to Chris and Sarah who own POE of course, but I understand what you mean. lol

Thanks also John for your good wishes, but I don't think I will ever 'mend' especially with the Dercums, because there is no known cure and nothing has been done since it was first identified in 1882 or thereabouts.
