Three Major Fires in South Oxfordshire

I was only joking about the planning above, but it was stated tonight on the television news that the row was thought to be about planning!

They have also named the local person involved.

The fire apparently re-ignited last night, although was quickly dealt with by fire personnel who had remained on site. They reckon the building is 85% destroyed!
