Good evening , its been a beautiful day again

On sunday we were rather disgusted as we walked to Branscombe along a coast path, thought we would have a take away coffee from the kiosk until they wanted £5 60p for two in cardboard cups, to take outside,  we stuck to our bottles of water, unless we are behind times,

What happened to Rusty Ruth these days...there's only an few of us here again.

Very nauseuated right now...in coming bad storm supposedly....the whole nine yards so I'm not sticking around for today. Then in an day or two..it jumps into the 80's like it is summer. Quite confusing when it's not done normally but rather seemingly "instantly". I woke up to dreaming I was over at the beach somewhere, and I was talking to some guys as they had been scouts...and I looked up over my shoulder to see an massively huge wave of water incoming, like an tusumni..scared me.. It seemed like an Holiday of some kind. Water generally indicates "spiritual" change.  I was considering at the time if there was anything close to hang on to rather then being swept away in the water. But felt resigned it may be my death.I woke up..... and haven't well since then. I guess I wait and see what comesof today. Not sure how to take today's "banking" either...I was hoping for some help and might of simply added two monthly bills now instead of only one. Guess I can find out when it comes..huh. Have an good day everyone.

Your probably better off with the water anyway Pat.....buying coffee "out" has always been expenisve and something I generally don't do. For one thing, they make it to strong. Caffine is not good for an person's heart. I just read it's another one of those things can screw up your blood sugar readings also. They recommend not more the two cups per day and that's for use as an natural diarectic.

Well, "sunny" is coming up for the next four or five days I guess you know. Sooo.I better get working at thngs this morning, cats are already sitting by the door...but still an bit cold out to me right now.

nice doing Pat....I haven't been walking for some time now...my left leg was giving me problems so I was forced to get something to strenghten my bones. I feel better though. Maybe as the sunshine returns. I fertilized my yard earlier this morning. Have an few more plants to plant but will do that tomarrow...when it's suppose to be even better yet outside.  Don is headed home from the care facilty....Petra chimed in on his condition...she says he's only 97 pounds...still has his Cancer but wants to go home. Two months ago he was 170 pounds.  that's an lot of weight to drop in such an short time. He also started out this time with an heart attack....he's fighting and winning in some cases though. I just watched this gal that looks like my sister in-law before she passed, out looking at an house to buy for $500,000 when it's apparent what she really needs is an house decorator for the house she already has. It reminds me of an old neighbor I had, they sold their house in our area to move on the other side of town and pay nearly $75,000 more for one more bedroom....then they ended up getting an divorce...she lost her youngest son also. I'm not so sure she should of sold that ole house of hers here in the neighborhood...I don't see where anything good came from doing it. But anyway....tryng to think of what to make for dinner. Sooo....best I get going again perhaps.
