Nice avatar Karen!!!!!! Back to the subject though, just use 'auto' on the camera! Here's one I did earlier, as Blue Peter would say.

That's very kind of you Alan....I just took the liberty of having a quick peruse of your wonderfully colourful Spennymoor pictures, most enjoyable. I will spend an hour this evening taking a good look and making a few comments. I usually look at the picture tours, commenting as I go, or the latest pictures, doing the same. I can't keep up!!! The fancy dress looked like fun Alan!

It was, but then Byers Green (a village on the outskirts of Spennymoor is only a 15 minute walk from my home, and Carnival Day is always special.  The Cyberman was a pic a lot of people apparently took to, but I also have a personal liking for 'Elvis' the 'Bat-Villains', 'Blues Brothers' and some of the close-ups.  Half the fun is, of course, the memories they awaken when I see them again.  That's one of the biggest reasons why we take pictures.

Like most people, I always enjoy myself when I'm out with my camera.
