I am really sorry to have to tell you all that the "Peacock Butterly" is actually a

Deaths Head Hawk Moth, if you take a close look at the lower wings you will see the deaths head skull.

i see what you mean wolf at first I thuoght it was a Skull and Crossbones Crow Eating Moth there similar you know anyway its a peacock butterfly and all

Gonna try it for tea on Saturday, will have more time to prepare ingredients.

Got some roos to jump on a few apples and collected the juice to make some cider !

Now is this true or is Denzil right? I'm a complete ignoramous when it comes to naming animals and insects (amongst other things) , all I know is it LOOKS like a butterfly LOL
