Just want to say thank you to everyone who has commented on my latest pictures and in fact all my pictures since I have joined. I have unfortunately not had chance to e-mail everyone to thank them personally as I am rushed off my feet at the moment but you will never know how much joy you have brought to me to think people like to see my photos - thank you.

Ruth I'm so glad you liked the Santa waving and wanted him for your desktop picture - he was waving at me all around Avoncroft and for some reason I kept blurring the picture - think it was excitement!!!! Sue H forgot to say thank you for picking my picture in favourite birds and putting as one of your backgrounds - I know you love that one and I am very flattered.

Thank you to everyone here on POE for enhancing my life this year. It is such a pleasure to know you all, I'm positive I'll have lifelong friendships from this very site. I probably won't have chance to get on the computer tomorrow so may I just take this opportunity to say thanks to everyone that commented on my pictures, thanks to everyone for posting their pictures on here, I've had such an enjoyable time looking at them.

Thanks so much for the postcards, Christmas cards, gifts etc....my New Years' resolution will be to work less and have much more time to send you all bundles of postcards, I've still got 40 postcards to send!!!!!!

Anyway, Merry Christmas, happy New Year and here's to a wonderful 2009, full of fabulous pictures and continued friendships.

A special mention to Chris and Sarah for their amazing work, also to Ron and Anna and Sue H for the great contribution to this site that we all love.
