Ray, your Dartmoor picture is lovely and bleak..reminds me of the mysterious, wild places on the Outer Hebrides..the wind, rain, bracken and heathers..all sources for colours of tweeds and tartans  ~ sound of rivulets everywhere...

Hi Anna,

I am glad you enjoyed the pics of Dartmoor, yes it is bleak, but with a mysterious beauty of its own. A very treacherous place too, the fog can descend in a minute and you can be well and truly lost in no time at all!
