But, it wasn't very long after, packing my case, moved to Edmonton and then to the US for several years, and ended up in Winnipeg before heading back home here. The train ride from Halifax to Edmonton in the middle of winter was an experience in itself, in the latter 1950s. |

I have a USB slide scanner( it also does strip negatives) best thing I ever bought ,because like you I had hundreds of slides. It is made by a company called LUMINOX and it is the LS 1 model don`t know if they have a website but you could try Googling it. Mike |
