From the delights of Tewkesbury we will wander our way through the delightful villages in the Cotswolds, including Winchcombe, Broadway, Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh, Upper & Lower Swell, Stow on the Wold, Upper & Lower Slaughter, Bourton on the Water and not forgetting Bibury, before we reach Cirencester.

But right now I have to find a post office so I can send all my postcards!!!  So enjoy your tour around Tewkesbury, and I will join you after lunch to travel on to the Cotswold villages.

I got the postcards into the mail box, did some shopping and now ready to visit the lovely Cotswold villages, starting off with WINCHCOMBE, where we can also visit Sudeley Castle, Hailes Abbey and Belas Knapp Long Barrow

The  next gorgeous Cotswold village is BROADWAY with little bridges spanning the river running through it.  The Attractions in and around Broadway include the Lygon Arms a 16th Century Inn, Broadway Tower (built in 1800 as a folly) and Animal Park and Snowshill Manor built in the early 16th Century, where ghostly happenings apparently occur, this is now a National Trust Property

This is also one of my favourite pictures - just see the honey coloured Cotswold stone buildings - gorgeous!
