Peter has been a stalwart member of POE since August 2006 and during that time has added more than 2000 photographs for our enjoyment, and contributed a great deal to the Forum Threads with his wit and humour.  His last photographs were added in September 2010 before his health worsened.  I do hope that this will improve and we will see Peter back again before too long.

Here is a lovely picture of Peter with a special friend - a mistlethrush.  How special is that?

My mate the Mistlethrush.

Peter has taken photographs of anything and everything from close-ups of insects to vast landscapes, from buildings to wildlife.  With a special affinity to birds it seems.

Isn't that a stunning picture?

Well here is someone worthy of the title Featured Photographer. Since I have joined POE I have long admired Peter's work. So many of the varied type of pictures as Cathyml has already spoken of  and the places Peter has been to have a great similarity to what I too enjoy. We have photographed many similar places and so many similar subjects only Peter's work is greater in quantity and quality. Well done Peter and may your health permit you to carry on again with what you do so brilliantly.

Just a few examples of Peter's Pics.

Bye, thanks for a nice ride.

Peter's one of my best mates from POE - I miss him!

He's from Wales and has some wonderful shots of Wales like this one:

And he really loves Cornwall, and has loads of wonderful shots from there as well.  I never would have heard of scrumpy if not for Peter.  Laughing
